Tria Federal Joint Venture Named as a Prime on $2.4B FAA IDIQ

June 17, 2024 (ARLINGTON, VA) – Tria Federal (Tria), the premier middle-market IT and Advisory services provider delivering digital transformation solutions to the federal government, is proud to announce that Dynamic Government Resources (DGR) – Tria’s joint venture with BDR Solutions (BDR) – has been awarded a prime seat on the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) IT Innovative Procurement for Strategic Sourcing (ITIPSS) vehicle, a 10-year, $2.42 billion multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.

ITIPSS is a mission critical contract vehicle that the FAA will use to acquire IT services and solutions for all non-National Airspace System IT mission support.

Companies on the IDIQ will be asked to provide a wide range of state-of-the-art multi-disciplinary IT-related service solutions and help the FAA’s Office of Information Technology to evolve ongoing programs and implement innovative solutions in support of the FAA’s overall strategic initiatives.

ITIPSS—which consolidates more than 70 previous contracts—will address a wide range of FAA needs, including application and technology modernization, email, instant messaging, information security, network storage, help desk, mobility, enterprise software and collaboration tools.

The scope covers support for future application and technology modernization efforts to improve enterprise-wide business systems.

DGR was just one of 14 awardees on this highly competitive procurement, which included unrestricted, small business, 8(a) small business, and service-disabled veteran owned small business companies.

DGR is a Small Business Administration (SBA)-approved All Small Mentor/Protégé Program (ASMPP) joint venture (JV) and Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE)-verified SDVOSB, HUBZone, and 8(a) Small Business.
