Henry Matta Garcia is known as “the wizard behind the curtain” for his ability to seamlessly manage data spanning personnel, benefits, and recruiting, while supporting other critical systems. Working remotely from Florida, Henry spends much of his free time globetrotting and training for marathons and triathlons.

Shilpa Deshpande works on robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence and machine learning for Tria Labs, Tria’s technology innovation group. In her time off, she enjoys traveling, strength training, classical Indian dance and family karaoke nights.

LaShana Richburg is a proud “Disney adult.” While getting her master’s degree in Orlando, she frequented Disney World and even took a part-time job at a Disney restaurant. At Tria, LaShana has received effusive praise from customers, including one who wrote: “She can take an idea for a project support need, work it independently, then bring back a result that is so polished it dazzles us.”
