UCS was acquired in February 2022 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tria Federal. UCS is a healthcare and Information Technology (IT) firm with over 21 years’ experience supporting federal civilian and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies in designing, developing, and implementing medical and healthcare technology solutions and services.
