Tria Federal Announces Strategic Partnership with American Corporate Partners to Support Veteran Career Transitions

October 23, 2024 (ARLINGTON, VA) — Tria Federal (Tria), the premier middle-market Technology and Advisory services provider delivering mission-critical digital transformation solutions to Health and Public Safety agencies across the federal sector, today announced a strategic partnership with American Corporate Partners (ACP), a national nonprofit organization focused on helping veterans and active-duty military spouses transition to successful civilian careers through one-on-one mentorship.

“This partnership with ACP aligns perfectly with Tria’s commitment to supporting our nation’s veterans and their families,” said Mike Cosgrave, Tria’s Chief Operating Officer and a Navy veteran. “By joining ACP’s network of more than 125 corporate partners, we’re strengthening our dedication to those who have served our country and helping them build meaningful civilian careers.”

The partnership will enable Tria employees to serve as mentors in ACP’s flagship mentoring program, which has helped more than 34,000 veterans transition to civilian careers since 2008. Through this program, post-9/11 veterans and active-duty military spouses receive customized, one-on-one mentorship from experienced professionals over a 12-month period.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tria Federal to our community of corporate partners,” said Sidney E. Goodfriend, ACP Chairman. “Tria’s expertise in technology and federal services will be invaluable to veterans seeking to transition into these high-demand sectors. Their commitment to this partnership demonstrates their dedication to supporting our nation’s veterans and military spouses.”

The program will focus on key areas of professional development, including career planning, resume enhancement, interview preparation, and networking skills. Mentors from Tria will commit to monthly meetings with their veteran protégés, leveraging virtual platforms to facilitate nationwide connections.

“As a company deeply embedded in supporting the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs, we understand the unique value that veterans bring to the workforce,” said Brian Wagner, Tria’s Vice President, Marketing & Communications, who is a currently serving Navy Reserve officer and Afghanistan veteran. “This partnership with ACP allows us to directly impact veterans’ lives while also strengthening our connection to the military community.”
